Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or is damaged in any way. Any rejected return will be sent back to the customer. Custom Orders: Sales on custom orders are final. Timeframe: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of pickup/delivery. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Items generally ship within 2-4 business days after an order is placed. Mark201 is a licensed business entity in the state of South Dakota. All order pickups will have 4.5% state and 2% local sales taxes (6.5% total) applied. Orders shipped to South Dakota addresses will also be subject to state and local sales taxes. Mark201 is a small enough operation at this time that orders shipped to all other states will not be charged sales tax.
