Return Policy


Conditions: Each Mark201 product is handcrafted and one of a kind, so any returned products must be unused and in new condition. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or is damaged in any way. Any rejected return will be sent back to the customer. Custom Orders: Sales on custom orders are final. Timeframe: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of pickup/delivery. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Mark201 will ship rejected returns back to the customer at no additional cost. How to start a return: Please visit the contact page to send a return inquiry.




Shipping and Tracking


Shipping rates vary by product. Shipping may not be available on all products, in which case local pickup will be available. Products ship only within the United States. Items generally ship within 2-4 business days after an order is placed. Customers will recieve an email with tracking information after product has shipped or instructions to coordinate a pickup time.




Does Mark201 have a storefront?


No. Mark201 operates out of a residental property in Sioux Falls, SD and does not have a storefront. For order pickups, information will be sent to customers to coordinate a pickup time and location.




Will I have to pay sales taxes on my purchases?


Mark201 is a licensed business entity in the state of South Dakota. All order pickups will have 4.5% state and 2% local sales taxes (6.5% total) applied. Orders shipped to South Dakota addresses will also be subject to state and local sales taxes. Mark201 is a small enough operation at this time that orders shipped to all other states will not be charged sales tax.
